Job Description
- The main purpose of the job is to support the business division within the branch and company as a whole on an admin level.
- Assist other regions in ad hoc queries where they may have a shortage of manpower.
- Assist at reception when either requested to do so by management, due to absenteeism or lunch/tea breaks.
- Manage all the branch PODs and Invoices as well as scanning into the system.
- Assist admin and business staff to control the stock ordering and logistics at branch level.
- Escalate problematic issues to the Business and Branch managers.
- Assist with other job-related duties as and when required.
- General update and maintenance of all admin and filing.
- Delivery Route Reports scanned to Microfile.
- Sending of delivery route reports to all Branches.
- Sending of updated order list to specifically appointed clients from the Cape Town dealer base.
- Sending of PODs to specifically appointed clients from the Cape Town dealer base.
- Assisting sales team with PODs, Invoices, Serial Tracking and checking to see if orders have been fulfilled.
- General Cape Town Proof of Deliver as well as Interbranch Order queries.
Education/Qualification
- Matric

- Assist in the cash office when and if needed. (when accounts ladies are either on leave or absent).
Authority:
- Direct reporting line to the Branch Manager, Business Development Manager and from time-to-time HR in JHB usually under the direction of either Shaun Mahabeer or Avina Maharaj.
