Responsibilities
- Achievement of revenue and volume target as per Annual Operating Plan
- Obtain new business as per Annual Operating Plan
- Access and analyze reports to drive continuous improvement
- Comply with all functional and non-functional company policies and procedures, eg. Sales, Health and Safety
- Collect and report competitor information
- Compile and implement sales and promotional plan
- Manage costs to stay within the AOP
- Visit and support customers
- Manage customer complaints
- Compile monthly Sales reports
Qualifications
- 3-year Business/Commercial Tertiary qualification or equivalent
- 3-year working experience in an FMCG environment, with 1 year in a selling role/selling experience
- Valid drivers license
- Leadership skills
- Good communication skills
- Good clerical and computer skills
