Job Advert Summary
- To coordinate all Liquor & Tobacco advertising, promotions and communications
Duties & Responsibilities
- Interact and work collaboratively with the Planning and Buying teams to ensure sales and inventory turns are maximised.
- Work collaboratively with Advertising Agency and Marketing Department to ensure key items are promoted correctly.
- Regular communication with relevant stakeholders and role players to ensure value-added results are achieved.
- Manage the Advertising Calendar and meet all deadlines.
- Deadlines to be clearly communicated and distributed to the buying team timeously.
- Consolidate the brief for the buying team for execution.
- Ensure timeous communication to stores on promotions, advertising and events.
- Provide administrative support for promotions and advertising.
- Communicates any deviations to relevant stakeholders.
- Performs various administrative duties timeously.

Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Tertiary Certificate
- Advanced Excel skills advantageous
- 2 – 3 years of retail marketing experience
- Understanding of the advertising process
- Understanding of the RMS System, Promo Tool and SAP
