Key Responsibilities
- Check all vehicles for roadworthiness
- Driving pool vehicles to and from suppliers for servicing, repairs, maintenance and panel beating
- Delivering vehicles to customers on-site as requested
- Provide a one-stop driver support service for the fleet office
- Inspects vehicles on a regular basis to ensure that vehicles remain in a roadworthy condition by completing a vehicle check sheet and reporting any defects identified
- Keeps vehicle clean
- Complies with work-related instructions given by Supervisor and ensures excellent customer service
- Assists with the registration and licensing of vehicles
Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):
- Grade12
- Code 14 Driving license
- Professional Driver Permit (PRDP)
Related Experience:
- 2 years
Skills and Competencies
- Meets all RTQS requirements
- Good Communication skills
- High ethical standards
- Clear record/history in terms of traffic offence
