Overall purpose of the Job:
To assist and support the Corporate Wellness Manager. Including the coordination of wellness days and employee wellness initiatives and the performance of administrative functions.
Key Performance Areas:
- Assisting with the coordination of Corporate Wellness Days and employee wellness initiatives
- Project planning and support in event planning and coordination
- Attendance and supporting activities on Wellness Days
- Understanding of trauma counselling, including referrals and follow-up support
- My Solutions upload and update of the information
- Engagement with regions to facilitate and support the planning, coordination, and execution of the Wellness Calendar/Activities
- Administrative support to the Benefits team
- Administrative functions including minute-taking, travel arrangements etc.
- Must be willing to travel

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Matric/ Grade 12
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Basic numeracy skills
- Valid driver’s license
