Job Description: Responsibilities & Requirements
The successful candidate will be responsible for several administrative functions across various departments, as well as the monthly salary capturing of scheduled employees, and the checking thereof, for both the Bloemfontein and Klerksdorp distribution centres. The position will report directly to General Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- General office admin functions
- Ordering and recordkeeping of stationery and stock for the kitchen
- Ensuring Archive Room is always organized.
- Keeping of minutes of meetings on Company documentation
- Organized filing
- Compiling of Hearing documents
- Arranging of meetings and booking of boardroom
- Distribution of Memos
- Receiving of clients on behalf of management
- Consulting and meeting with Office Suppliers
- Handling of appointment documents for scheduled employees
- Handling of any employee-related documentation for scheduled employees.
- Monthly salary capturing of scheduled employees and checking thereof.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- 2 years' experience in admin functions, and/or payroll
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to meet deadlines and handle pressure.
- Detail orientated.
- Team player
