Gibela Transport Rail invites motivated, dynamic, and recently qualified graduates to apply for a 12 months Graduate Programme. The successful candidates will be based at our services site in Midrand.

Purpose:

Providing technical support to PRASA maintenance operations and Gibela services operations front office teams. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for preparing, and ensuring good quality and on-time delivery of all maintenance documentation team deliverables i.e.( parts + spares codification, authoring of maintenance instructions, Illustrating the parts catalog, Maintenance Regime, creation of the MBoM and Technical Bulletins) in order to meet technical objectives. Support Maintenance Engineers on technical investigations as and when required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BSc /B.Eng. /BTech ( Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering )
  • South African citizen between 18 and 35 years of age
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • MS Office literate
