Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Sales Representative - Trauma, located in Gauteng, South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the attainment of established sales goals including market share objectives
- Assist in implementing market development and field marketing activities
- Schedule appointments and makes sales presentations to customers
- Develop customer and product-focused presentation packages for sales
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Make regular visits to customer locations to capture information on orders and market conditions
- Manage assigned territory while operating within an assigned budget
- Check with logistics to ensure product availability
- Implement national, regional and local promotional activities that are designed to advance sales in specific product lines or areas
- Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction
- Assist in making sales forecasts for business planning by account and submits to management
- Prepare sales reports and documents as required
- Relay relevant market information to management
- Represent the company to the customer as a knowledgeable consultant in the selection of all our products.
- Acquire, maintain and use product knowledge and application knowledge for all products and procedures including competitors.

Job Qualifications
- Relevant Tertiary Degree/Diploma
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of Sales experience within Trauma or similar areas
- Proven track record of sales success
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer relationship management
- Strong financial acumen
- Compliant and CREDO-driven person
