Sales Support Analyst - Cummins

We are looking for a talented sales support analyst to join our team specializing in sales for our engine business segment in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.

In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:

• Uses globally standardized dashboards and best reporting practices to assist sales teams and business performance metrics.
• Delivers recurring reports and/or analyses to stakeholders on time.
• Manage the forecasting and demand management across AME.
• Ensures effective communication with key stakeholders on sales analysis and reporting.
• Work with different global factories on pricing and ordering.
• Work with sales across key Southern Africa territories

To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:

• Integrates Customer Perspective - Incorporates an understanding of the customer's perspective on our products and sales efforts to develop sales content that improves our ability to meet their needs and increase revenue.
• Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear knowledge of the unique needs of different audiences.
• Adapts to target audience - Explains complex topics (significant technical data, subject matter expertise, etc.) in such a way that the target audience (e.g., sales professionals, customers, training vendors, etc.) can understand, retain, and use the information.
• Customer-focused – Has a passion for sales & working with customers.
