JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provision of reporting, insights and analytics for a portfolio across multiple products and/or segments across the credit lifecycle (e.g. originations, account management, collections) in order to inform business decision-making & strategy formulation.
- To enable the business to access and interpret reports and dashboards, and to efficiently and effectively utilise the available tools to drive the automation of relevant production processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all processes.
- Model complex business problems, discovering insights and opportunities through statistical, algorithmic, machine learning and visualisation techniques, working closely with clients, data and technology teams to turn data into critical information used to make sound business decisions.
- Execute intelligent automation and predictive modelling.

- Information Technology Degree

Experience required
- 5-7 years of experience in customer data and information lifecycle with an understanding of BI technologies and practices. This experience must include the management of a team as well as the implementation of large-scale projects. Understanding of financial services data processes, systems, and products. Proven development experience software engineering.
