You will be working as an Administrator and will be the part of Electrification business area for the Services division based in Longmeadow, South Africa. In this role you will be reporting to Linda and will be responsible for working within electrification, you will be a key member of the ELSE team in South Africa
Your responsibilities
- Ensuring invoices are submitted on time to the customers as well as uploaded onto all electronic platforms for payment
- Following up on customer disputes and resolve with assistance from the project managers/sales team
- Raising requests for FI invoices and credit notes if required to resolve an AR dispute
- Collaborating with the LF GBS ensuring all customer receipts are processed timeously
- Creating and updating the PR/SES for labour brokers for all external employees
- Processing any ad hoc requests relating to the Medupi contract
- Ensuring that the correct processes are followed and authorized as per the BAT
- Leading by example to drive the right behaviours, personally living the ABB values o of courage, care, curiosity and collaboration

Your background
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Strong Microsoft Office/computer skills
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
- Fluency in the English language is mandatory
