DUTIES
- To provide operational leadership to the university Protection Services department
- Execute the monitoring and evaluation mandate with the aim of improving security operations, security policies and procedures, and improvement of the human resource cohort, as well as management and assessment of Contractors, and
- Responsible for the maintenance of university campus law and order, including prevention and detection of crime, the patrolling of assigned areas, traffic enforcement, accident reporting, and other related duties as may be assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree/B-Tech in Policing/ Security Management or Security- related qualification plus a minimum of 4 years experience in a security sector
- Experience and understanding of student life in a tertiary environment will be added advantage
