Purpose of the role:
- To provide administrative support to the team
- Responsible for the general administrative coordination and resource management for the allocated team

Key Accountabilities
Operational Delivery
- Provide general system administration; finance, compliance etc
- Make team travel arrangements as and when required
- Support with the implementation of programs as directed by management
- Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
- Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines etc
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
- Accountable for general team documentation management
- Manage team meetings, taking and circulating minutes and tracking action items
- Act as first point of team correspondence
- Coordinate and plan team events
- Work with Human Resources Business Partner to ensure functions organograms are up to date
Compliance
- Interpret administrative and operating policies and procedures for employees
- Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for team
- Ensure appropriate systems and processes are developed and maintained to support effective and efficient day to day running of
- the office
Qualifications & Experience
- Essential: Grade 12
- Preferred: Diploma
Experience
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ Secretarial/Office Administrative experience or Equivalent
