Description:

Eduvos is looking to hire the services of a Sales Supervisor based at our Bloemfontein campus.

Type of position:

  • Permanent Contract.
  • The role will report to the National Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

To manage a sales team to achieve student acquisition and growth through the implementation of the sales strategy in the allocated campus portfolio; as well as to fulfil the role of a Higher Education Consultant / Corporate Marketer.

  • Implementation and adoption of Value-add strategy across all markets
  • Implementation of the Segmentation Strategy (Gr 9 – 12)
  • Operational function
  • Management
  • Leadership
  • Internal and external stakeholder engagement and management/collaboration 

Minimum qualification:

  • Undergraduate qualification in marketing or commerce.

Experience:

  • At least three years experience as a sales or marketing manager
  • The higher education industry will be advantageous
  • Track record of managing sales teams of at least five sales team members
