A double-hating opportunity within the CCME department supporting the director and managing administration for the Media team.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media administration: Accuracy of media billings; Three Day turnaround on PO amendments; Updated monthly PO tracking report; Completed GR sign-off documents; Updated GR tracking report; Bi-Weekly media status report; Quarterly reconciliation report.
  • Management of the office of the Director: Above average timely and accurate handling of correspondence and e-mails including interpersonal efficient communication with internal and external; stakeholders; Above average level of written communication incl. grammar and speed of responding to emails; Maintaining high levels of confidentiality
  • Manages Functions and internal & External Events: Ensure professional execution of internal and external events, especially meetings e.g. neatness of meeting rooms and hospitality and ensure updated Director and functions/events calendar at all times and minimising calendar conflicts.
  • Provide Project Management and Administration support to Department Senior Leadership Team: High level of effectiveness and efficiency of unit projects/events by tracking deliverables using project planning or own system of organisation.
  • Departmental Office Support: Ensuring punctuality of Nimcom and general reporting by forging excellent relations with Mancom by inspiring commitment in a dynamic environment
  • Procurement & Finance Administrative Support: All Purchase Requisitions created within 24hours and ensure all good receipts are processed within 30 days of Purchase Order creation

KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Post Matric qualification i.e Business Administration Qualification
  • Min 6 years experience
  • Extensive experience at the Executive level
  • Requires initiative in handling all business and travel arrangements
  • Should be proficient in related computer software
  • Effective in planning and organizing, Project Management and Office Management
  • Knowledge of SAP
