Position Summary:

  • To serve as a resource and contact between wholesalers, travel agents, Property Support Services Hotels and the Customer Engagement Center (CEC).
  • To support special corporate accounts within the Property Support Services Hotels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact for wholesalers and corporate accounts and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
  • To assist external wholesalers, Property Support Services hotels and CEC with any hotel wholesale enquiries e.g. resolving problems, and answering queries. Act as the primary point of contact for hotel administration or wholesale-related enquiries.
  • To communicate information regarding hotel wholesalers and hotel-specific information in a timely manner and to ensure and monitor understanding of information communicated.
  • To have full working knowledge of and be able to promote and sell the Property Support Services hotels.
  • Respond to telephone, fax, email and hotel wholesaler and administration enquiries on behalf of the Property Support Services hotels in a timely manner and make reservations accordingly.
  • To perform any reasonable request as directed by the Property Support Services hotels management.
  • To have a thorough knowledge of hotel booking systems.

Job Pre-requisites

  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrated good analytical, and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills – able to demonstrate self-managing and operate within a team.
