Currently, we are searching for a Call Center Agent for Durban, South Africa.
Responsibilities of this Post:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using business tools and available customer data.
- Address and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and escalate serious complaints to supervisors and management.
- Follow-up customer calls where necessary.
- Complete call logs and reports.

Requirements of this Post:
- Grade 12.
- Three years experience as Call center Agent.
- Computer literate.
- Speak, read and write English clearly.
- Demonstrates solid work ethic.
