Our ideal candidate is an experienced and enthusiastic person with excellent customer service, telemarketing, communication, and managerial skills. If you are committed to working professionally and diligently on behalf of a company, we’d like to meet you.
You will work with TM agents providing extra support and training, developing new processes, and maintaining strong relationships within your team of agents. To succeed, you need to look at the big picture and spot potential improvements as they come. Since you are in charge of a company’s efficiency, you have to be able to look intuitively at the team to catch potential problems before they arise.
You will be in charge of encouraging and motivating telemarketers so they work toward reaching the goals of the company.
Working hours: EST (Boston) 09:00 am to 06:00 pm (negotiable)

Qualifications
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills
- Previous project management experience in telemarketing (2+ years)
- Ability to plan and develop the Project Idea
- Ability to create and lead the Dream Team
- Accurate campaign execution and manage accurate usage of related tools
- Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Other concentrations welcome
