RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver comprehensive and quality patient care to meet the health needs of patients in the unit.Deal with all service providers in a professional manner (e.g. Doctors orders).
- Shift Leading.Promote and carryout the image of the Hospital in a professional manner.
- Maintain professional conduct at all times in accordance with the hospitals policies and procedures.
- Professional development and training of lower category staff in the unit.

- Prevent, report and manage medico legal risks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse.Minimum of two years experience in a similar environment.
- A qualification in Theatre Nursing Science will be advantageous.
- Must be willing to work shifts as required by unit.
- Adaptable and able to work effectively within a team
- The ability to display sound judgement in problem-solving.
