We have an opportunity which reports to the Digital Marketing Specialist. This role will be responsible for successfully supporting local Marketing and Business teams by driving digital marketing activities. Enhancing the overall customer experience in a multi-channel digital environment, across all Franchises, to improve lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle from a digital standpoint.
We are seeking someone with a digital-first approach, a customer-centric mindset, with a strong background in digital marketing. Someone able to look at business needs with a digital lens and suggest relevant channels and tactics achieve commercial goals.

Essential Job Functions
The purpose of this role is to ensure the successful planning and execution of the marketing campaigns in the digital channels and to drive qualified lead generation. Measuring success by setting the right KPIs in place, tracking, and monitoring.
- Establish collaboration with local Franchise teams to effectively support them with multi-channel digital marketing activities for health care professionals
- Build marketing automation programs for relevant personas and customer profiles, depending on market needs and in accordance with local legal regulations
- Execute effective digital lead generation in tight collaboration with Digital Marketing Manager EMEA and the local Marketing Team
- Monitor key performance indicators, optimize budget and performance, report on results to Franchises and Digital Marketing Manager EMEA
- Manage local CRM-based marketing initiatives in alignment with local Sales teams
- Identify and create briefs for local digital content needs
Requirements
- Marketing or Digital Transformation Qualification
- 5 years proven working experience in digital marketing B2B or B2C and campaign execution
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaign
- Familiar with a customer journey approach and working with multiple buyer personas and purchasing paths
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, working knowledge of HTML, CSS
