We are looking for an energetic and attentive individual to join our team. A person who is customer-focused, hospitality minded and prides themselves on consistently delivering work of a high standard and excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
Permanent Position at an hourly rate
Minimum Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in a managerial role
- Ability to guide, motivate and lead a team
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Knowledge of best practices for safety and hygiene
- Maintaining a correct standard of room maintenance and the quality end product

- Strong multitasking and organizational ability
- Manage staff scheduling and allocation of duties
- Manage usage and wastage of room amenities
- Responsible for stock management and ordering
- Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of equipment
- Engage and train team on LVX and 5* standards
- Must have a positive attitude and good people skills
- Must be available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Must have experience in a 4* or similar establishment
- Ability to engage and build excellent guest rapport
