Purpose of the Job
To store and maintain all records (paper and electronic) according to storage standards and legal requirements and present them to authorised users, within agreed timeframes including protecting all physical records against unauthorised access, removal, destruction and environmental damage to enable the business to meet its targets in a cost-effective and sustainable manner
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage offsite records storage facility by liaising with Facilities for space allocation to ensure that records are stored in line with policy guidelines and legislative requirements and that the storage capacity meets current and future needs.
- Ensure goods receipting is accurate and processed on time through processing invoices accurately and on time, accurately processing record box details on the intranet as per policy and guidelines to ensure that goods receipting is completed in line with policy

- Coordinate adherence to customer and stakeholder policy and procedure by providing support and guidance to customers, ensuring adherence to customer SLAs, liaising with contractors on deliverables and by following up on timelines and performance measures to ensure efficient business processes
- Compliance with company HR policies and procedures by identifying development (IDP) areas and take initiative to close gaps

- You are detail-oriented and self-motivated.

What you’ll have done before:
Baseline:
- NQF Level 4 (Matric)
- 2 years experience in Office Administration and Support
Advantageous:
- NQF 4 Certificate in Office Administration
- Work experience on SAP Financial Systems (Requisitions and Purchase Orders)
