On the Dot, a subsidiary of Media24 in Gauteng, currently requires the services of a Returns Operations Clerk for our Specialised Logistics and Innovative Merchandising Solutions business unit.

We seek to appoint dynamic and energetic individuals to assume responsibility as Service Warrior, reporting to the Operations Manager. The position will be based at their offices in Industria West, Johannesburg.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and record returned orders
  • Inspect all incoming returns
  • Follow Return Process to return orders to the customer
  • Respond to customer calls requesting a return authorization
  • Escalate Return Orders Not Received
  • Liaise with drivers & ISPs
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
