Duties

  • Ensuring that monthly vehicle log sheets are captured and distributed;
  • Planning and distributing student shuttle drivers¿ rosters on a weekly basis;
  • Distributing the student shuttle drivers' on-call roster;
  • Verifying student travel claims and initiating payment;
  • Capturing transport allocations on the Placement Plus app;
  • Capturing vehicle bookings on TeraTerm;
  • Verifying drivers' monthly overtime;
  • Verifying student travel documents;
  • Completing and submitting insurance claims.

Job Requirements

  • At least a Grade 12 (matric) Senior Certificate;
  • At least two years' experience in an office environment;
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and web searches;
  • A strong work-ethic, punctuality and trustworthiness are essential;
  • The ability to perform well under pressure;
  • Logical thinking and meticulous planning;
  • The ability to work well in a team;
  • The ability to speak fluent English and Afrikaans;
  • Good written communication skills;
  • Sound interpersonal skills;
  • Willingness and availability to work overtime as required;
  • Willingness to travel to national clinical training sites as required.

Recommendation

  • Post matric qualification;
  • Knowledge of transport logistics.
