Job Description
- Processing all Non-Stock Requisitions to submit for approval and process documentation
- Receive and divert all incoming calls from clients
- Reconcile statements and invoices and send for payment
- Processing non-stock purchase requisitions, purchase order maintenance and good receipt stock received in Syspro
- Assist Creditors with Credit applications
- Maintaining, ordering and issue of stationary for the factory
- Canteen Purchases
- Booking of the Boardroom for meetings or Interviews
- Collecting and sorting Post from Post Office and arranging courier collections
- Monthly reconciliation of Petty Cash
- Scanning and emailing documentation as required
- Receive all clients at the Reception
- General Admin

Qualifications & Experience
- Matric or NQF equivalent.
- Minimum of two years related experience.
- Must be computer literate in MS Office (Word/Excel) at the intermediate level.
- Syspro Accounting and knowledge of ExecQdocs advantageous
- Good communication, planning and organising skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team without supervision and must be deadline-driven
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in writing or orally
- Must be structured and able to prioritise duties and be able to work under pressure
