My client within the telecommunications industry is looking for an experienced Security Specialist for a 1 year contract. The person will be responsible for the overall security of the business as well as all sites and properties.

NB!! 1 YEAR CONTRACT

Responsibilities:

  • Frequent visits to sites and assigned locations for investigation and project monitoring

  • Lead and direct investigations of all reported incidents such as theft and sabotage cases
  • Identify emerging fraud and theft practices
  • Implement emergency plans in order to streamline response to theft cases
  • Record statements with SAPS and attend court cases where necessary
  • Compile incident reports on a weekly, monthly and annual bases for every site
  • Monitor security on site and assess to eliminate potential risks
  • Identify risks and vulnerabilities (frequent visits to assigned locations, risk management audits etc)

Opportunities You Might Like:

Requirements:

  • Completed Degree in Criminology or relevant
  • 5 - 8 Years’ Experience as a Senior Security Specialist or similar
  • Preferably coming from the telecommunications industry
