1. Attend to the reception area
- Ensure that the reception area is neat and tidy in accordance with the corporate identity (TCF)
- Provide professional assistance to walk-in clients and clients over the telephone (TCF)

2. Provide client services administration support
- Attend to all demutualization enquiries
- Attend to clients requesting sect 48, tax certificates, collect documents for claims and inform clients on documents needed at the claim stage
- Keep a record of all walk-in clients
- Assist office manager with other duties when needed
Requirements
FORMAL EDUCATION
- Matric
TECHNICAL/LEGAL CERTIFICATION
- Certificate in Customer Service
EXPERIENCE
- 2 Years’ Experience as a receptionist
