To professionally assist walk-in clients and client services administration

1. Attend to the reception area

  • Ensure that the reception area is neat and tidy in accordance with the corporate identity (TCF)
  • Provide professional assistance to walk-in clients and clients over the telephone (TCF)

2. Provide client services administration support

  • Attend to all demutualization enquiries
  • Attend to clients requesting sect 48, tax certificates, collect documents for claims and inform clients on documents needed at the claim stage
  • Keep a record of all walk-in clients
  • Assist office manager with other duties when needed

Requirements

FORMAL EDUCATION

  • Matric

TECHNICAL/LEGAL CERTIFICATION

  • Certificate in Customer Service

EXPERIENCE

  • 2 Years’ Experience as a receptionist
