We have a vacancy in our office for a Professional Office Receptionist.

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, sets high standards in regards to the quality of their work, is detail orientated, and has great interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Afrikaans (verbal and written). The candidate should also have good telephone etiquette skills and a good work ethic.

A Receptionist who is friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile, will be the ideal candidate.

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordination of General/Administrative Duties
  • Management of Reception
  • Switchboard Operation
  • Coordination of Courier Services (incoming and outgoing and record-keeping)

To qualify for this role, you should

  • Have 0-1 years switchboard/reception experience
  • Have a completed Grade 12/NQF level 4
  • Have telephone etiquette Communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Afrikaans
  • Opportunity to learn and grow within the organisation
