Purpose Statement
- To perform HR SF System tasks that relate to the administration of employee data within an assigned Division. Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and load all Hires
- Administration and Validation of Business and Employee master data
- Administration and Validation of Conditions of Employment changes and lateral moves
- Structure changes and employee data validation
- Client Care and Query resolution

Qualifications (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources
Experience
Minimum:
- 2 years+ HR Administration experience
- 2 years+ HR data capturing and data maintenance experience
Experience working:
- with highly confidential information
- within strict SLAs and deadlines in a professional Client-Centric environment
Ideal:
- SF HR Employee Central experience
- Experience in troubleshooting and query resolutions (IT and HR)
- Preferable experience working within HR processes and procedural guidelines
- Data validation processes
- Understanding of Position management and organisation design

Knowledge
Minimum:
- Good understanding of data privacy and quality management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivots, Lookups, etc.)
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
Ideal:
- Good knowledge of Basic Conditions of Employment; Labour Relations Act; Employment Equity Act; Skills Development Act, POPI etc.
- Knowledge of Capitec HR processes and procedures highly advantageous
- Understanding of SAP SF System (example position versus Job management)
- Appointment documents and employee data management
