The Regional Executive will be responsible for the Strategy, direction and execution of the Corporate Employee Benefits, Retirement and Health business in alignment to the overall Group Client strategy.
Drive growth and ensure continuous profitability of the Regional Area through the servicing of clients, the development of effective client servicing teams, and driving strategic Group initiatives whilst ensuring the adherence to all governance and risk management standards.

Ensuring the achievement of Group budgets and targets and build and maintain lasting relationships both internally and externally .
Opportunities You Might Like:
Requirement
- B Com (Insurance and Risk Management, Econometrics, etc) or BA Law/ LLB
- FAIS Compliant (Key Individual – preferable)
- CFP
- Minimum 5 years in the Employee Benefits industry
- 5-7 years’ senior management experience
- 5 years’ experience in client servicing, consulting or managing a portfolio of clients
- Thorough understanding of the Retirements Industry, related Governance, legal and risk management standards and requirements of the Functional area.
- Thorough understanding of the Strategic and Operational business requirements aligned to the Industry, Region and Client Portfolios.
