The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for ensuring the successful marketing campaign execution and rollout of all marketing acquisition activities and campaigns. This portfolio extends from digital, direct marketing, and above-the-line marketing. This person is an energetic go-getter, has strong attention to detail, is self-motivated, and has a creative flare.

Here’s what you can expect to be doing in the role:
Marketing Campaigns
- Responsible for all acquisition campaigns being executed according to brief
- Work with the marketing analyst to come up with campaign ideas to drive objectives for acquisition base
- Work with the overarching marketing department in workshops to brainstorm company-wide marketing campaigns to drive both sales and name generation
- Prepare campaign execution instruction (material schedules) used to brief customer analytics team on dates, quantities, and execution instruction
- Report on the performance of direct communication
- Source various quotes from different vendors for different marketing initiatives
- Work with ATL agency to ensure a successful rollout of ATL campaigns (TV, radio, billboards)
- Work with retail team to ensure marketing campaigns are rolled out across channels (retail, agent, and digital)
Collateral & Brief Management
- Manage briefs with the traffic and ensure the creative output meets the brief requirements
- Put together concise briefs and submit to traffic
- Ensure all time frames and deadlines are adhered to and met
- Ensure all debrief information is communicated and addressed by traffic and creative

Brand Partnerships
- Work with merchandise and brand suppliers to run co-branded initiatives
- Manage the marketing relationship with brands
A little about who you are:
- Marketing Degree or diploma
- Previous marketing campaign experience
- Attention to detail
- A thinker, not just a doer but someone who gets things done!
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Result and deadline orientated individual
