- Performance manage regional employees to deliver business plan.
- Implement reward, recognition and retention plans.
- Formulate and execute operating expenses and capital investment budgets.
- Implement the Route to Market Strategy
- Execute channel and promotional execution strategies.
- Build superior knowledge and understanding of the South African market including shoppers, consumers, customers categories and competitors.
- Build strong relationships with local communities and implement community upliftment programmes.
Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement: BCom or BA degree in Business, Sales or Marketing

Experience
- Minimum requirement: Minimum 5 years Sales experience in an FMCG environment and Minimum of 5 years Managerial experience
- Computer literate
- An experienced driver with a code 08 drivers licence
