Job Description:
As the Executive Secretary Technical, you will be responsible to support the HOD team within the function, in handling varied Secretarial and Administrative functions as it relates to the daily operation.
Some of your responsibilities will include:

Full secretarial function which includes diary management and travel arrangements

Providing active support to business in various communications, such as typing layouts of articles / briefs / reports of communication items

Ensuring discretion and confidentiality at all times
This role is based at our Corporate Office at a Band C4 level reporting in to the Executive Head of Operations and Technical Excellence.

Qualifications:
-
PA or Secretarial qualification or equivalent
Required skills and Experience:
-
Technical background would be an advantage
-
At least 2 years related experience
-
Extensive stakeholder engagement and management at an executive level
-
Extensive diary management
-
Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software (SAP, Signing Hub etc)
-
Be able to work flexible hours
