Retirement village based in Strand has a vacancy for a caretaker/facilities administrator to join them asap

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • ensuring the upkeep of the security of the village
  • loading new tenants

  • maintecnance scheduling of the property as well as managing of staff and all contractors.
