MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lightstone responses -ensuring clients are contacted and feedback promptly sent to Lightstone upon receipt.
- Ensure communication is efficient and clear communication to Lightstone.
- Acknowledge of complaints via email to be done timeously and accurately.
- Ensuring that all follow-up calls are completed timeously and in a clear manner to clients.
- Logging of issues o the company's shared drive.
- Follow up on tickets with efficient communication and updates.
- Ensure open, clear and continuous communication with allocated branches.
- Live chats with insurers/brokers to be done in a professional manner.
- Follow up on resolved tickets for vehicles on-site.
- Acknowledge of Hello Peter complaints/ compliments.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in Customer Service
- Motor industry experience will be advantageous
- Customer service system knowledge will be advantageous
