Brief Description
The Department of Pharmacy and Pharmacology has well-equipped laboratories and facilities with collaborative ties with local industry to support its research output. The Division of Pharmacy Practice within the Department is looking for a Part-Time Lecturer (70%) to make a major contribution to the research and course development activities of the division. A competitive package is offered.
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Research and innovation in all aspects of Pharmacy Practice
- Supervision of postgraduate students
- Administrative duties in the Department
- Course Development and Teaching in Pharmacy Practice

Requirements:
- A minimum of a Masters of Pharmacy degree
- Registration with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) is not negotiable
- Previous teaching experience in Pharmacy Practice at a tertiary level is not negotiable
- Research and student supervisory experience is not negotiable.
