What you can expect
The incumbent will be responsible for proactive and reactive order taking, order processing, order backlog management, order monitoring, sending information to customers, inventory management; Non-Conformance Management, transport management & report on daily sales and open orders.

Duties will include the following:
Provide sales support to the Sales team (National Sales Manager, Commercial Manager, & Regional Sales Manager) for AP customers
Customer order receipt (via email) and customer order processing (Capture in SAP) in line with FIFO and confirming transport arrangements with the customer
Process non-conformance with relations to the OTC process and order adjustments (Debit/Credit and stock returns)
Reporting daily on MTD Sales, Open and Forward orders to the management team, sales team and AP Controller
Processing of all sample and FOC product requests in line with related guidelines and associated documentation
Responsible for coordinating the inventory counts at Paal/warehouse’s in collaboration with 3rd party service providers
Provide input on operational aspects of Commercial Policy Design (e.g. feasibility of SAP processing invoices as per required commercial policy from sales)
Business Continuity - Ensure back-up is sufficiently trained and emergency communication channels are established
Review shipment reports from Supply Chain and communicates to customers and sales of changes
What we expect
Grade12 with Mathematics and University exemption OR equivalent NQF qualification
5 years experience with a proven track record in the related field
Solid SAP experience
Microsoft Office computer skills
