Duties & Responsibilities    

  •  App development
  •  Design compliant with the AECI guidelines
  •  Generation of audio-visual materials – animated videos, editing of video recordings, product-specific videos, any others as per requirement
  •  Understanding and appreciation of Marketing as well as a passion for Marketing
  •  Commitment to working well in a Team.
  •  Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  •  Strong ability to multi-task and “roll with the punches”.
  •  Strong proficiency in MS Office (specifically Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
  •  Ability to take direction but can confidently work autonomously
  •  Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin and up-to-date on latest trends
  •  Solid grammar, editing and proofreading capabilities
  •  Ready to roll up your sleeves and work in a fast-paced start-up environment
  •  Extreme attention to detail is a must

  •  Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms
  •  Support the marketing team in daily administrative functions
  •  Assist team members with the creation of content for social media platforms
  •  Help in the creation and editing of content for the blog and newsletter (where applicable)
  •  Help distribute marketing materials
  •  Conduct research on the latest trends, digital content
  •  Design and present new social media campaign ideas
  •  Monitor all social platforms for trending news, ideas and feedback
  •  Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns and social media content
  •  Monitoring and managing the company’s social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed
  •  Must be in possession of a valid driver’s license, have own reliable transport and be medically fit to drive.
  •  Must be able to travel

Qualifications & Experience    

  •  Grade 12 with post-matric certificate/diploma in Design techniques or similar.
  •  Successful completion of 1 internship preferred but not a prerequisite.
