The Al-Noor Austell administrative assistant will manage the day-to-day operations of the foundation.

 

Key Performance Areas   (Core, essential responsibilities –outputs of the position)

  • Have a good understanding of the purpose and vision of the Al Noor Austell foundation

  • Manage day-to-day operations  

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the foundation

  • Manage donations process

  • Reviewing donation submissions 

  • Manage and maintain donation inquiries

  • Manage and maintain a recipient database

  • Handling correspondence with internal and external stakeholders

  • Liaise with finance regarding payments of donations

  • Conducting GAP analysis on NPO’s

  • Administration of board meetings 

  • Coordinating and administering events

  • Coordinate and manage volunteers

  • Site visits to various NPO’s

  • Maintain budget and track expenses

  • Raising awareness around Al-Noor foundation internally 

  • Carry out marketing and public relations activities

Minimum Requirements 

EDUCATION

  • Diploma in Administration, or

  • Any undergraduate degree

  • Major in finance would be beneficial

 

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS/PHYSICAL COMPETENCIES

  • 3 (three) years administration experience

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong administration skills

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to oversee a small number of volunteers

  • Flexibility with willingness and ability to vary hours according to workload

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt

  • PR experience (would be beneficial)

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Time-management

  • Problem-solving

  • Ability to work with people from different backgrounds
