We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team!
As a Paid Media Specialist at Launch, your main duty will be to develop, implement and manage Paid Media campaigns (specifically Google Ads & Facebook Ads) for our clients and help them achieve their digital marketing goals.
Responsibilities

Create effective paid media strategies for clients

Building paid media campaigns using best practices

Managing client budgets
-
Using the correct bidding strategies
-
Setting and tracking KPIs for clients
-
Writing attractive and concise copy for adverts to encourage higher CTR
-
Working with the Digital Account Manager to develop new strategies to help clients achieve their marketing goals

Working with Google Data studio & Google Analytics to pull easy-to-understand reports for clients
-
Maintain good relationships with clients and partners

Keep abreast of the latest PPC and SEM trends and news

Analyse landing pages and make suggestions to improve conversion rate and performance

Read and understand analytics reports - and relay this information succinctly and simply to clients and team
Requirements
-
Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist
-
In-depth working knowledge and familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Data Studio, Google Ads Editor, Google Merchant Centre, Google Analytics.

Excellent communication skills
-
Annual Google Ads Certification
-
A working understanding of various Google Ads methodologies such as ALPHA-BETA, SKAG etc.

Preferred: Experience with funnel marketing elements is preferred. E.g., landing page building, creative / copy, tracking / attribution, analytics, etc.

Critical thinker, strong math skills and problem-solving skills

Team player
-
Good time-management skills
-
Great interpersonal and communication skills
