Job Description
- Compiling mill grist & controlling product quality parameters.
- Controlling the wheat intake & milling processes.
- Controlling raw material & finished stock levels and rotation.
- Ensuring safety, health, hygiene & pest control.
- Optimizing people, mill, machinery, and equipment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 5 years experience required (practical and theory)
- Qualification in Advanced Milling.
