The successful candidate will be responsible for Incident Coordinators (Call Taking) are the first point of contact for members and customers with the AA. Their primary role is to arrange emergency roadside assistance for members as promptly and efficiently as possible, working in conjunction with Incident Coordinators (Dispatch).
Desired Skills
- Experienced in customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Superior telephone etiquette
Desired Work Experience
- 1 to 2 years Call Centre Operator
