Job description
Ninety9cents is a full-service, integrated advertising agency with offices in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Zambia, and is one of South Africa’s largest independently owned agencies. Led by founder and Managing Director Andrew Brand, the agency’s extensive client base includes leading brands such as Shoprite/Checkers, Ackermans, PUMA, and the Spur Group to name but a few. Our Cape Town office is looking for a dynamic Digital Content Administrator. The successful candidate will work on at least 12 websites at one time; the ability to multi-task is essential

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage all web content to ensure that content is activated and de-activated according to campaign validity dates
- Manage all weekly website wireframes/calendars by coordinating with client service and project teams
- Ensure that all supplied artwork is accurate, according to the (correct) spec
- Build and maintain website through the use of a CMS (AEM, Hybris, Wordpress) *training will be provided*
- Create and upload leaflets, using FTP site and prescribed software (Flipping book) *training will be provided*
- Perform on-going quality assurance checks of content on the websites
- Liaise with client service/project managers to assess any technical difficulties in displaying the content/with the site
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- One to two years' working experience in an advertising agency
- Two years' working experience in the same role (or similar)
- Knowledge and understanding of digital testing and UAT procedures/post live testing
- Knowledge and understanding of SEO and the importance thereof
- Knowledge of Photoshop will be advantageous
- Familiar with the digital “bigger picture” and can use initiate to call out journeys that are flawed
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
