- Receiving and requesting invoices from suppliers.
- Prepares the invoicing process by entering the detail of the order on AX to enable Head Office to do the billing of the customer.
- Filing of documents in an organised manner.
- Create purchase order numbers on AX
- Experience in imports and exports
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Proven computer literacy in Excel
- Microsoft AX
- Attention to detail
