iContact is a Cape Town-based leading customer service BPO provider with specialist experience in the banking/financial services, insurance and medical, retail, telcos and hospitality sectors, both domestically and internationally.
Valuable Work Experience
They’re looking for hungry and eager applicants who are seeking valuable work experience! You’ll be working in a call centre making calls left and right, so the phone definitely shouldn’t scare you. You’ll need to be a calm, composed, and excellent communicator over the phone.
All you need to apply is your ID, and at least a matric certificate. As a bonus, since you’ll be working American hours, you get to wake up late and get chauffeured home. Your hours will be from 14:00 until 00:00, and they’ll even get you safe transport back home. You just need to get there on your own every day.
