Job Description
Purpose of the job:
Responsibility of refueling all vehicles, shunting and carrying out safety inspections effectively and assisting transport administrator with related administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Refuel Trucks Manage fuel records
- Bowser and pump control
- Refilling of vehicle/truck oil and water
- Visual vehicle/truck inspection and report any irregularities and defects
- Bowser and pump housekeeping (hygiene & safety)
- Daily recorded fuel dips
- Generator weekly checks
- Licensing discs checks weekly
- Minor (weekly) inspection of all vehicles and report any irregularities and defects

Qualification/Experience:
- Grade 12 with numerical ability
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry
- Valid code C1 license is advantageous
