Mr Price Group is looking for an Internal Communication Specialist .If you are passionate about our brand, creative and innovative, you will thrive in this fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilties
- Connecting associates to the Group vision, purpose and strategy through clear messaging by means of various projects, to drive unity within the Group.
- Partner with and manage all relevant internal and external stakeholders when executing internal communication.
- Establish communication channels for the targeted audience for effective communication.
- Ensure all Mr Price Group associates are well informed regarding key business news, initiatives and polices.
- Drive the process of ensuring all associates are connected to the brand.
- Maintain a powerful, distinctive group brand positioning.
- Lead and co-ordinate creative direction of all filming and written content of key strategic messages to the Group.

Requirements
Education:
- Degree in communications or marketing.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in communications/marketing field, in a corporate environment - preferably a retail environment.
Knowledge/ Skills:
- High proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Advanced computer skills (Prezi and/or Power Point – advantageous).
- Innovative thinker.
- Attention to detail.
- Highly organized.
- Deadline driven and able to work under pressure.
- Creative (graphic design, editing or InDesign software knowledge – advantageous).
- Creative production skills (filming locations, narrative building, creative messaging).
