Job Description: Responsibilities & Requirements
Candidate Responsibilities will include:
- Processing of customer transactions, refunds and returns on the online till point
- Maintaining accuracy and preventing shrinkage through checking prices and codes scanned correctly match one another
- Checking expiry dates when invoicing ensuring correct products are scanned for delivery
- Cashing up at day end on online till point
- May be required to assist with online customer queries
- Various other duties as and when reasonably required
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Cashier experience
- Customer Service Experience beneficial
- Computer literate
- Basic telephone etiquette
- Basic Math
- Strong Admin
- Attention to detail
