To issue and re-issue all aviation personnel licenses in accordance with the South African Civil Aviation Regulations.
Specification
- Operational Management: To receive and verify licenses for the issue and re-issue of licenses in terms of the Civil Aviation Regulations Part 61,62,63,64,65,66,68,69 and 101.
- To ensure that all applications are processed, verified for correctness and dispatched timeously to ensure that all safety standards are met.
- Customer Interface:To project and maintain a satisfactory image when dealing with client on daily basis.
Dealing promptly with telephonic and electronic inquiries - Document Handling : All documents are received and verified for correctness, checklist is loaded electronically.
- Financial Processing: Verify that clients have paid the prescribed fee in terms of Part 187

Requirements
- Minimum: Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Ideal: Aviation Courses, Diploma in Business Administration or Client Relationship Management
- Aviation Experience: 2 Years
All SACAA appointments are subject to S98 of the Civil Aviation Act, 13 of 2009 and all successful candidates will be subjected to security vetting.
Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates in line with Employment Equity Targets.
