Job Description: Responsibilities & Requirements


Astrapak is looking for ambitious, inquisitive and driven people, who want to join our Apprenticeship programme in the following trades:

  1. Electrician
  2. Fitting
  3. Millwright
  4. Tool Making
  5. Draughtsman

The successful candidates will gain on the job training in the Maintenance department and attend Technical Theory classes (TT blocks) at selected Technical college to further their Electrical and/or Mechanical knowledge and skills.

The Apprenticeship will lead to a Trade Test, successful candidate should qualify as an Artisan at the end of the programme.

Requirements:

  • Matric/Equivalent with Pure Mathematics and Physical Science
  • Have a minimum of N2 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering studies
  • Candidates living with disabilities are welcome to apply
